Q. When are Tickets available for PaddockFest?
A. 2026 Tickets go on sale on Friday 26 September! Don’t miss out.

Q. Can I buy tickets on the day?
A. Tickets are ONLY available online and up to 7pm on event day. There are no tickets for sale from the event site. Please purchase your tickets before coming to Paddock Fest.

Q. What does the VIP ticket offer?
A. A huge VIP Marquee, a private VIP area for our VIP guests. The VIP area is partly undercover with picnic bench tables and seating. The VIP experience starts when you arrive, skip the queues with the VIP FAST-TRACK lane at the main entrance. VIP area features, tables, chairs and picnic benches, private VIP bar, private toilets, spacious area with a great view of the main stage. VIP selfie walls plus it’s a popular hang-out for some of the artists.

Q. What are the opening and closing times?
A . Saturday 19 Sep 2025  12 – 10pm

Q. Are children allowed to come to the festival?
A. Yes of course we are a family event. All under 16s must have a valid ticket and MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Sorry guys but the dog charities agree that your pup will not be enjoying the festival as much as you will be.

Q. Is there anything happening after the festival at other local venues?
A. Yes Royton will be buzzing, with lots of after show parties and events. Also on the run-up to Paddockfest look-out for local deals from hair stylists, nail bars, treatment centres to get you Festival Ready. #paddockfestready

Q. Is food and drink available at the festival?
A. Yes, we are working with some of the best food and drink vendors in the UK. Prices have been considered to help make sure that we can all enjoy the festival.

Q. Can I bring my own food and drink into the festival site?
A. No food or drink can be brought onto the festival site, with the exception of a single sealed bottle of water (500ml max). There will be a wide variety of food stalls onsite offering a great range including organic, vegetarian and vegan options. There will be an number of bars selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You must be over 18 years to purchase alcohol and the bars will run a Challenge 25 policy – ID may be required.

Q. Diabetes, food allergies and intolerances.
A. People with medical conditions such as diabetes, food allergies and intolerances should email our Special Needs Team

Q. Do you have disabled access and a viewing area?

Q. Do the bars take cash and card?
A. All bars take card. If you want to spend cash you can purchase vouchers on site and spend the vouchers on the bars.

Q. Do the food vendors / fun fair / other vendors take cash and card?
A. Yes. They will take cash and card.

Q. How many people are you expecting?
A. We are licensed for up to 5,000 people, which will make for a pretty awesome atmosphere.

Q. Can you come in and out of the event?
A. No. There are NO PASS OUTS. If you need to do stuff, please arrange cover.

Q. What is the latest admission time?
A. There will be no admissions after 7pm.

Q. What is the best way to travel to PaddockFest?
A. We highly recommend walking if you live within a mile of the venue or the use of public transport. People travelling by car please look for paid parking in Royton town center just a 400m away. DROP-OFF by car or taxi. There is a DROP-OFF POINT on THORP ROAD, OL2 5FF but please arrange pick-up away from the event site.

Q. Can I camp at PaddockFest?
A. No. There is no camping at PaddockFest.

Q. Where can I stay during the festival?
A. Nearby hotels on www.booking.com

Q. Are camping/folding chairs allowed onto the festival site?
A. Yes, but there is a 30m radius of the stage where camping/folding chairs are strictly off limits.

Q. Are umbrellas allowed onto the festival site?
A, Yes, but only smaller umbrellas please. Strictly nothing larger like fishing umbrellas or parasols.

Q. Is there anything I can’t bring into the festival site with me?

Q. I’ve lost my tickets, what should I do?
A. Please email hello@paddockfest.com for help.

Q. I don’t have a printer at home. How can I print my tickets?
A. If you can open the tickets on your phone, they generally scan fine at the entrance, but best to have a physical ticket. Most libraries have printing facilities available.
